Are Science and the Bible at Odds?
Did you know that scientific evidence points to an all powerful, intelligent designer?
The emphasis of this course is learning with the ultimate goal of articulating and defending your faith.
In this course, we will dig deep and investigate the predominant scientific theories that relate to the origins of the universe to the diversity of life.
Course Outline
The course is divided into 7 one-week modules:
1. Everything from Nothing: The Big Bang
2. Astronomical Odds of a Life-Sustaining Earth
3. Life from Nonlife
4. Evolution: One Kind from Another?
5. Beyond the Realm of Science and Science from Faith
6. Creation and Genesis
7. Nature, God’s Handiwork
